We help Spanish-speakers and immigrants access social services, health care, education, and legal services. We provide information, referrals, notary services and translations. Have a question? Contact us!
Our office is open Monday-Thursday from 2:00-7:30pm for walk-in consultations and assistance by phone. We are located at 1425 Seminole Trail, on the third floor of the BB&T Building. Check our calendar for special events.
We offer English as a Second Language classes and help immigrants prepare for the U.S. citizenship exams. We sponsor workshops on housing, tax and labor laws, immigration policies, human rights and other topics of interest. Sin Barreras/Without Barriers hosts visits from the Mexican consulate, and collaborates with local providers to offer an annual health fair.
We raise awareness and advocate for justice and inclusion of the Spanish-speaking and immigrant communities at the local, state, and national levels. We participate in campaigns such as Drive VA Forward, and promote civic engagement through leadership education and meetings with local legislators.
We organize Cville Sabroso, the region’s first and longest running Latino Festival of Culture, Music, and Dance. Cville Sabroso is a family-friendly celebration that highlights Latino culture in North, Central, and South America. Cville Sabroso is held on the third Saturday of September each year. We hope to see you there!
