Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization. We are able to provide better assistance for the immediate needs of our community and offer more development opportunities for their long-term growth because of the time, skills and care volunteers devote.
Volunteer Opportunities for:
English Speakers
- Join development teams (advocacy, volunteer, fundraising, special events)
- Serve as tutors & instructors (English, Citizenship, GED, kids)
- Share professional skills (medical, legal, financial, social services)
- Advocate and raise awareness
- Plan and/or help at events
Volunteer Opportunities for:
Intermediate to fluent Spanish-speakers
- Everything above PLUS:
- Welcome and assist clients
- Return phone calls and schedule appointments
- Translate documents (in-office or remote)
- Interpret & help at community events
